Our Chef takes pride in reimagining the way people enjoy and experience food.  Setting an ambitious standard for cuisine with our ever-evolving menu, our customers have the privilege of tasting the bold and unique flavors that come from her years of experience.  Our D'Kitchen currently serves Metro Manila.

"Cooking has always been my passion! I started cooking at age 10 and my late father was my cooking buddy. I could vividly recall how we exchanged ideas on how to improve the ordinary recipes into something extraordinary. I was always the one who insisted on putting a twist to each recipe. And up to now, I still do the same in every food I prepare.

I didn't have any formal education or training in cooking nor baking. I am a nurse by profession and I could say I was the best OR Nurse during my younger days. During my day-off or spare time, I did cooking and baking for business. I accepted orders from the doctors and co-workers in the hospital I was working at.

In February 2014, I decided to bring my passion for cooking and baking back to business. It was just a trial though at first with few customers. A few days after, the demands were overwhelming. Thanks to my hubby who's always been my number one fan in the kitchen and my greatest critic. Imbued with artistic hands, great passion for cooking and a long-time dream to make it into this business plus of course, my family who loves to eat, Our D'Kitchen comes into reality."
